Well as I live in the UK I can only mention places in Britain.
It depends what kind of mime you want to study?

Illusionary?
Corporeal?
Physical?

Illusionary Mime:
This is the classic walking in the wind or trapped in a glass box techniques etc. If this is what you want to learn then it is better to learn either by private tuition or in a workshop scenario. Simply because you wont need any long term school training as you will just need the basics of how to create these illusions. The rest is hard work. Anything more than 1 or 2 weeks workshops is too in depth and too technical for your requirements.

If this is the case then look in the 'The Stage' newspaper or enquire at the City Lit Centre or Actors Centre and see if a workshop is running?
Failing that contact me and I will see if I can help you further and maybe I can train you.

Corporeal Mime:
If you want to go down the more abstract route that works with the emotional intelligence of the body in relation to movement [thats a mouth full] then there are courses with
The Theatre de l’Ange Fou - Mime School www.angefou.co.uk/

Physical Theatre Mime:
If your focus is more on physical theatre acting like 'Complicite' [physical theatre company] and you want to focus more on drama and acting which include elements like mask, clown and movement for
theatre then I recommend you train at LISPA. This is very much Lecoq based teaching and is where a lot of my training was based on.
The London International School of Performing Arts - www.lispa.co.uk/

Yes I do workshops [see workshops page] however it is by request only.
In other words if you or your colleagues would like a workshop then this can be arranged.
I rarely do open workshops with set dates during the year as Im usually too busy to plan them in advance.
I also do one on one tuition if that is what your after? If you are interested in private tuition or group workshops please contact me so we can discuss it further?

A very popular question and for good reason too! Mime tops are, amazingly, tricky to find. I live in the UK so I can only mention shops and places in Britain. Try the following shops or places:

GAP
NEXT
Camden Town Markets
Sailing Shops
Charity shops like Oxfam etc.

Good Luck!
